1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not been initiated or delivered.
  • If a customer cancels the order before work has begun.
  • If Voltup Solar is unable to complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the delivered service does not meet the agreed specifications, and we are unable to correct the issue.

2 Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the service has already been delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • If delays occur due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • If the cancellation request is made after work has been initiated.
  • If any changes or modifications were requested after service delivery.

3 Refund Request Process

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4 Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted if work has been partially completed but not fully delivered.
